The site, overlooking a very picturesque valley, has been earmarked for development as a restaurant facility. An organic menu featuring gourmet dishes made from local ingredients and fruit drinks in season, is planned to encourage discriminating palates which are used to fresh produce, culinary herbs and healthy eating.

It is planned that produce from surrounding farms will be utilised to create the menu and Afternoon Tea will be a Special Tea feature. The Restaurant will also integrate homemakers produce, baking and preserves from the local community and there are plans to host a series of workshops in food preservation and the culinary arts.
